Managing Director

Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor 15 years ago, Matthew has gained an impressive portfolio of commercial property expertise across international markets including North America, Australia and the UK.  Matthew has been involved in nearly four million sq ft of office transactions and is well regarded for his forward thinking approach and ability to execute complex deals. 

Previously a Director at JLL specialising in London office transactions, Matthew was also Head of Real Estate for one of the world's largest co-working companies.  This experience provided a tremendous global network and helped shape his unique insights into the built environment, specifically the future of the modern workplace and how best to assist investors wishing to capitalise on this shifting landscape.   Matthew is passionate about sustainability in the work place and is well positioned to ensure investor clients can be confident their real assets are optimised  to perform against all relevant benchmarks.
