Acting as Operational Partner for a listed Hong Kong fund, Macallan Brown sourced this unique courtyard located property in the heart of the City of London's prestigious 'tower cluster' .  The property was acquired with vacant possession  and the Head Lease was re-geared to allow for the successful pre-let of the asset to a single tenant on competitive market terms.  The refurbishment of the building was completed in 2022 and the Tenant has moved in.  The building remains under our long term asset management.

Strand, WC2

Acting as Development Manager on behalf of a private Luxembourg fund, Macallan Brown has overseen the successful re-positioning of this asset since vacant possession was achieved in 2021.  We have provided development and leasing advise resulting in the successful pre-letting of the entire building to a world renowned educational provider.  The building will undergo a complete refurbishment with completion due end of 2023.
